We took quite few "floral" shots this year and have them on the screensaver to bring some cheer during the winter months.
And then of course there are the horses - the Nantgwinau Welsh Cobs! This year as you can see we have a very smart chestnut colt Nantgwinau Cadno Coch (cadno = fox; coch = red) who will soon be leaving his mother and coming indoors for the winter.
Summer is over - well, British Summer Time to be precise - and our first load of hay is being delivered! Six horses to feed this winter and with frost forecast for the end of this week we shall be needing to increase their rations. Here are some memories of summer 06:-
This swing seat was a great place to cool off in the evenings during the July heatwave - a cold drink, something to read, and the view east towards the Cambrian Mountains to enjoy. Very civilised!
